And packs some really fascinating specifications and features as well
Taiwanese auto manufacturer SYM is known for launching products that not only stand out in terms of looks but also pack some serious performance. Following that suit, SYM has now launched the MMBCU scooter in China and to say the least, it looks gorgeous.
The SYM MMBCU looks right out of a sci-fi movie, especially something inspired by the Predator movie series. It looks stunning with its unconventional design and sharp body panels. It features an edgy apron with an angular LED headlight unit sitting right in the centre. The side panels are minimal and flowy, with a sporty single-piece seat sitting on top of it.
Powering the MMBCU is a 150.8cc, four-valve, liquid-cooled engine. The details on the power and torque output haven’t been revealed, but we think they will be as impressive as the other aspects of this scooter.

In terms of underpinnings, the MMBCU runs a telescopic fork and monoshock suspension setup. It equips discs at both ends for braking with the safety net of dual-channel ABS and traction control. The MMBCU rolls on 13-inch alloy wheels at both ends and tips the scales at 136kg kerb.
When it comes to features, the scooter comes packed with a fully digital LCD instrument cluster, silent start, and idle engine cut-off. It also features all LED lighting, a USB charging port and 28 litres of under-seat storage which can fit a full-size helmet. There’s also an additional storage pocket in the front that can fit a 700ml bottle.
